Order Processing & Design Proofs
All custom and personalized orders require a design proof before production begins.
Design proofs are sent within 24–72 business hours, depending on order volume.
Orders will not move into production until the design proof has been approved.
Changes may be requested before proof approval. Once approved, no further edits can be made.
Production Time
After proof approval, orders enter production.
Production times vary based on order size and complexity.
Custom and personalized items are produced specifically for each customer and cannot be expedited once production begins.
Shipping Method & Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders are shipped using standard shipping.
Shipping timelines begin after production is completed, not from the order date.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier performance. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before a design proof is created.
Once the design process begins, cancellations are not permitted.
After proof approval, the order is considered final and cannot be modified or canceled.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
A digital mock-up is provided for approval prior to production to ensure accuracy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
